They are looking for a Parts Manager who will become an important part of the parts department team.
What you will Need:
An excellent understanding on how to run a busy parts department.
5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong organizational abilities as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
A good understanding of modern farming practices.
The proven ability to maintain and grow existing business.
A strong desire to learn and improve.
What you will Do:
Ensure parts department workers are busy selling parts.
Ensure parts department workers are motivated to run a busy parts department.
Ensure the Parts Department is kept neat, clean and safe at all times.
Calculating the requirements and quantities of parts to be stocked.
Ordering parts as required to fill the above, utilizing yearly, monthly, weekly stock orders, thus ensuring that all discounts are taken.
Receiving, accurate recording and storing of parts from stock orders.
Ensuring that the inventory control system is up to date and accurate.
Assigning parts department workers to serve customers and mechanical staff.
Ensuring parts are returned promptly and within company's guidelines
Conducting physical inventory.
Other duties as required to run a profitable parts department.
