INSIDE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Reporting to the Canadian Sales Manager, our Customer Service Representative is knowledgeable about smooth-wall storage systems and works together with the existing Sales team to build strong, effective customer networks with new, existing and potential customers by providing product solutions, initiating customer contact, responding to customer needs and requirements. As the successful team member you will be the direct link to our customers and will need to provide them with friendly and timely service; other responsibilities include handling inbound sales queries, logistics, quoting and managing projects.

This role requires:

• Completion of a post-secondary education; Office Administration or related discipline

• Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered
  • Experience in commercial and industrial sales an asset
  • Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM programs is a requirement
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; superior telephone etiquette and a resourceful problem solver
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure
