As an integral part of the local management team you will have the opportunity to:
Work with the most innovative conifer seedling producer in the industry with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
Develop and execute an operational work plan that will enable the nursery team to produce high quality forest seedlings

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have:
A formal education in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry
At least five years of nursery / horticulture experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database use
The ability to accelerate our continuous improvement program
Strong planning and interpersonal skills
