Key Responsibilities

• Maintains good rapport with customers and fellow employees
• Execute receiving and shipping of grain
• Inventory
• Quality management
• Moistures, dockages, and grades of all received commodities
• Bin cleanouts and transfer of commodities
• General maintenance including housekeeping of facilities, equipment and grounds
• Follows all Snobelen Farms Ltd., food / health and safety policies and procedures
• Uses personal protective equipment, devices, and clothing, as required
• Other duties that may be assigned

Working Conditions

• Moving mechanical equipment

• Lift/move up to 65lbs
• Standing for extended periods of time
• High physical demands
• Long shifts when required

Hour of Work

• Overtime paid after 40hours each week.
• Hours of work vary with seasonal demands.
