Tractor Operators - Snow Removal

Join the snow moving crew for County Line Farms. They are young and dynamic custom farm operators with over 6 years of snow moving experience. They have all new tractors with 12 foot blades. They are now looking for on-call Tractor Operators to move snow for the City of Oakville between December 1^st and March 31^st.

What you will do:

• Drive large tractors with blades to move snow off the streets of Oakville.
• Be on call and ready to meet in Oakville for each snow event.
• Be courteous and helpful to fellow workers, city employees and Oakville residents.
• Do minor maintenance and inspections to keep the equipment performing.
• Treat the equipment like it was your own.

What you need:

• Experience driving large pieces of farm equipment.
• Mechanically inclined to do minor repairs and maintenance.
• The understanding there can be long days and nights on this job.
• Good customer relation skills as you are often seen as representatives of the City.
