Position Available:       Dealer Coordinator - Edmonton

This position supports our Dealer relationship business in a number of areas including logistics, production planning/scheduling and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task among competing priorities.

You are enthusiastic and are self-motivated. You take pride in exceeding customer expectations and have industry and technical experience. You have excellent relationship building skills and exercise discretion and independent judgment.

You will based out of the Edmonton mill working closely with our dealers to maximize market potential and brand loyalty. You will receive dealer orders, communicate order issues to dealers, coordinate deliveries and pickups, monitor and order out-sourced inventory, prepares bills of lading, invoice products, and maintain communications with sales staff and management.

You possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, have knowledge of livestock management, have strong computer/technical skills and are detailed oriented. In addition, you have previous demonstrated logistics experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Agriculture and have 3 + years industry related experience. Previous customer service experience and an aptitude for sales is beneficial to this role.
