Our client is a very successful 900 Sow Farrow to Wean operation located in Huron Country. They run a modern operation with lots going on. They are expanding and need a Swine Farrow to Wean Technician that would be able to run the whole operation.

What you need:

• A good attitude with the desire to see top results.
• A good work history with some swine experience.
• The ability to see the big picture on what needs to be done next.
• Some barn mechanical ability and the desire to help with cropping.

What you will do:

• Run the swine farrow to wean operation like it was your own.
• Be responsible for barn chores including feeding and maintaining proper standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Maintain a high quality of herd health.
• Follow all bio-security and animal welfare procedures.
• All other responsibilities as necessary to run a very successful farrow to wean operation.
