Our client is a distributor of several popular lines of farm equipment in Western Ontario. They are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover western Ontario.
What you will do:
Analyze individual dealer performance and coach as required.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with the entire territory sales team, including dealers, sales support staff at corporate office and financial services partners.
Territory expansion through continuous development of new profitable business.
Be responsible for profitability of the sales territory.
Manager after-sale support activities in order to maintain and build long term relationships.
What you need:
Above average communication skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of farm equipment.
Proficient with the use of a computer.
Minimum 5 years of selling heavy equipment through an established dealer network.
The motivation to be the best in the field.
