Dunkerron Elevators is a grain elevator and cash crop farming operation serving the local agricultural community in Ontario. Our company is family owned and operated and is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of an Administrative Assistant at our location in Tottenham, Ontario.
We are currently looking for a part-tome position, but are open to exploring the possibility of a full-time position. Our company is committed to the future of agriculture and we offer the potential for growth and additional responsibilities for a suitable candidate. Rate of pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
Preparing purchase orders, invoices, customer settlements and contracts
Assisting with customer service requirements such as website, communication, events
Assisting with Logistics, managing inventory, receiving products
Responsible for Accounts Payable, assisting Administrator as needed
Assisting with data processing and analysis
Qualifications
One (1) year of office/accounting experience with strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Agricultural background is an asset
Positive attitude and a desire to learn. Analytical, self-motivated, detail orientated
Ability to work additional hours during harvest season
Valid Canadian driver’s license
