With the evolution of the dairy industry reproduction is becoming an increasingly important aspect of the AI Technician role. As an EastGen AI Technician you will use our tools, training and technologies to:

• provide artificial insemination service (A.I.) and sell farm and agri-products;
• promote current/new products and services to established and potential clients;
• offer consulting service to breeders answering questions related to reproduction, and,
• participate in staff development opportunities, and staff/client meetings.

A keen interest in cattle, knowledge and experience in the agriculture industry, breeding experience, physical fitness with acute manual dexterity, excellent organization and time management skills, a valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record and flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays are a few of the attributes you bring.
