Trouw Nutrition is hiring… we are looking to add a Brand Manager, Ruminant to our Marketing team in the St-Hyacinthe, QC area or the Guelph, ON area.
As member of the Marketing Team, you will primarily be responsible for establishing and implementing the long-term marketing strategy for the ruminant business. You will also develop services, tools and systems to assist the sales force in supporting producers achieve profitable business.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…
We count on your expertise to develop and execute the brand implementation plan which includes – marketing initiative decisions, media planning, agency management, and budget considerations – in view of attaining sales goal and commercial objectives.
Develop clear value propositions for the business including products, services and models, with commercial and technical teams.
Lead and develop supportive programs and projects for assigned brands. Responsible for deliverables and execution of such programs.
Track and share KPIs and performance metrics and leverage them to make continual improvements for the brand or programs.
Present marketing material and brand strategy to the sales team during relevant campaign calls.
Gather and analyze market and customer sales data to develop a strong understanding of brand trends (including the competition) to influence brand plans and commercial planning forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
Strong preference for an agriculture background
Bilingual an asset
Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational skills. Superior customer focus and ability to follow-up. High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic.
