Calf feeder (ID: 5419)

Our client is a modern, family oriented dairy farm, located near Ayr, Ontario. They are growing and are now in search of an experiment calf feeder to join their team. This is a perfect part time opportunity for a career oriented individual that is looking for a position with more responsibility. 

What you will do:

• Feeding, weaning, bedding calves
• Medicating, if necessary 
• Milking

What you will need:

• Must have a valid class G licence with a clean driver abstract
• Above average attention to detail skills including record keeping
• This position reports directly to the calf manger although the ability to self manage and solve problems as they arise is an asset. 

Compensation: 

• $18-$22/h to start depending on experience and ability.
