The Project Manager will work directly with clients, co-workers, and industry partners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Project Manager Responsibilities
Meet with clients on farm to develop designs to meet their goals
Establish comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and contractors, as well as staff members
Work in cooperation with trades to ensure they understand and execute to our specifications
Ensure Lely standards are adhered to with our install crew, along with customer satisfaction and budget goals
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Requirements
Advanced time management and administrative skills
Capable of dealing positively with change
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
