Snobelen Farms is a locally based agricultural company.  Our main business includes handling commercial grains, processing seed and food grade soybeans.  Entering our 42nd year of business, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as:

Elevator Operator: Ripley

Skills / Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Agriculture preferred
• Background in agriculture is desirable
• Organization and planning capabilities
• Problem solver and quick, accurate decision maker
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong mechanical skills
• Proficient with basic computer skills
• Comfortable working safely in high places
• AZ license is a benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Follows Company health & safety and food policies and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate with growers/producers
• Repairs and preventative maintenance
• Truck unloading and loading
• Grain grading, quality management
• Inventory management
