Job Overview:

We are searching for a reliable, qualified and ambitious individual to work as a Farm Labourer to ensure the smooth operation of our Beef Cattle and Sheep operation. The compensation package provides a great opportunity for a family looking for the farm-life .

Responsibilities may include:

• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as needed;
• Maintain facilities in excellent condition;
• Feed and tend livestock;
• Plant, cultivate and harvest crops and vegetables;
• Operate and maintain farm machinery;
• Promote a culture of safety;
• Other barn & crop land duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

• Should have 2+ years of experience;
• Valid driver s license;
• Good work ethic;
• Ability to work with animals;
• Ability to take instruction and follow through;
• Knowledge of the Cattle Beef and Sheep industry;
• An understanding of animal welfare issues;
• Must have the ability to make sound judgment and have good decisions skills;
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve;
