The Field Services Coordinator works closely with and reports directly to the President/CEO. The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for the education, communication and information flow to and from member prospects and customers about CEEDA programs, services and products. The right candidate may also be responsible for the delivery of certain training initiatives. The job of Field Services Coordinator does require frequent travel and includes the monitoring and tracking of membership numbers and trends and requires specific educational expectations and responsibilities.
The Field Services Coordinator will successfully assist the President/CEO with various tasks such customer satisfaction analysis, education & training and HR product and/or service programs. Candidates should be able to travel, multitask, be possessed of strong communication skills as well as the ability to work within budget. Human Resources and/or marketing experience can be extremely helpful. The Field Services Coordinator will be expected to assist with and deliver marketing information in a timely manner.
Some knowledge of methods for promoting and selling services and products and effective communication techniques is desirable. Candidates should have strong customer service skills. Required communications skills are comprised of written, verbal and presentation capabilities. Additional skills include the ability to actively listen, use logic to identify strengths, weaknesses and solutions. The ability to speak clearly in order to effectively communicate and actively listen is essential. Other abilities include competent oral and written comprehension and expression.
Duties and Responsibilities
Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Field Services Coordinator may include:
? Membership recruitment and retention.
? Marketing and promotion of CEEDA programs and services.
? Facilitating marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as working directly with ad agencies and media which includes promotions, graphic design, advertising, public relations and events.
? Managing deadlines, posting of events and dates on the CEEDA website and well as website management.
? Preparation, presentation and delivery of Health & Safety programs/services.
? Perform assigned staff jobs and other works related to the position of Field Services Coordinator as required/requested by the President/CEO.
