Your goal in this position is to work in our fabrication shop, assisting with building our Ag Built line of agricultural products. You're someone who loves working with their hands, is comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools and is committed to highly accurate work.
Ideally, you're someone with job shop experience, a highly positive attitude, is mechanically inclined, is capable of planning ahead and is familiar with the farming and manufacturing industries. You should be able to read and interpret working documents(blueprints), shear, break and weld, and perform highly accurate measurements with calipers and tapes.

Qualifications
Ability to work with little to no supervision
3-5 years Fabrication and welding experience.
Ability to read layouts and blueprints
Experience MiG welding stainless steel
Familiarity with TiG welding
Experience performing highly accurate measurements using calipers, tapes and precision instruments
Great written and verbal communication skills
Willing and able to learn new skills
Experience working in a team environment
A strong commitment to safe work practices
A positive attitude
A valid Ontario drivers license
This is a full time position working out of our Dublin shop. You'll work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm with an attractive salary based on experience and a benefit package. There is plenty of interesting work and a good work-life balance.
