We value the skills you have to offer as you will install equipment, repair heaters, install piping, service existing equipment and troubleshoot equipment issues in poultry, dairy and hog barns.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be mechanically inclined, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities, be hard working and flexible, with a positive attitude. Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team is also a must. Experience working on a farm and/or knowledge of other trades is a definite asset. Specific training will be provided.
