Who is MQL?
At MQL, we enable Leaders of small and mid-sized business (SMB) to transform their workforce — and by extension their companies — by delivering world-class, highly accessible traditional and strategic Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services. Our entire approach is based on our belief that the traditional methods for conducting HR in SMB have roundly failed to deliver real value. MQL delivers unique HR Outsourcing Services that were developed and refined in the Ontario agri-business industry.
What is an HRO Ambassador?
Unlike in the United States where HRO is fully mainstream, it is just beginning to blossom in Canada. HRO Ambassadors are former Leaders of small and mid-size companies who educate the business community on the substantial advantages of human resources outsourcing. We chose the title Ambassador carefully. It evokes the qualities of integrity, knowledge, character and relationship-building that we, at MQL, want to align ourselves with. Once companies are identified that may be a fit, they step them into our high respect – no pressure business development process. HR Ambassadors work from their home and cover an agreed upon region that suits the amount of time they wish to dedicate to the role.
Sales Experience Not Required
Of course, in the end, the goal is to build our client-base. However, we are not looking for just any clients. We want long-term clients who are truly committed to transforming their company through the strength of their workforce. We believe that the weight of your reputation, a genuine desire to help, and our high respect - no pressure sales process is the right recipe.
Compensation
The only practical compensation model for a role with such autonomy and flexibility is one that is built on a share of client billings. And because your time is extremely valuable, that share needs to be substantial. HRO Ambassadors are paid a significant and ongoing commission on every lead delivered that we turn into a client.
