What you will need:
A passion for helping consumers with their small tractor and equipment needs.
Excellent working knowledge of smaller farm equipment.
Experience selling consumer products.
The willingness to meet all new customers that come into the business.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively with most common computer programs.
What you will do:
Sell.
Meet lots of customers and prospective customers and ask them all to buy.
Be proactive by meeting customers in the showroom and on the display lot.
Suggest creative ways to promote products in the showroom and on the lot.
Regularly rotate products in the showroom and on the lot.
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Build new relationships with new customers.
Assist in managing new and used inventory.
Know used equipment valuations for trade in purposes.
Promote other dealership services to the customer.
Submit paperwork, properly completed to the appropriate dealership departments.
