Installation / Service Technician (ID: 1441)

Avonbank Ag Solutions is a traditional style farmstead dealer and pride ourselves on our excellent service and relationships with customers. With a rich history in the area we take our knowledge and apply it to supply the newest and most innovative solutions to help you make your farm easier to run, more enjoyable and more profitable. We do sales, installation and service for the dairy, hog, poultry and grain handling industries.

In order to better serve our growing customer base we are currently looking to fill multiple positions in the Service and Installation portion of our business. Including dairy equipment / robotic installation, Grain handling equipment installation, Hog equipment installation, etc.

Reports to: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem solve, service, repair and maintain farm equipment
• Work in a safe and efficient manner
• Complete training as required
• Submit properly completed paperwork
• Maintain a neat and tidy service vehicle
• Build relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications:

• A passion for providing high quality work in a timely manner
• The willingness to self-manage and make sound decisions
• Team player
• Well organized
• Welding experience
• Farming background is a plus
• Driver’s license in good standing
