Our Client is a very successful main line farm equipment dealer servicing Southern Ontario. They are currently accepting applications for a Marketing Coordinator.
What you will do:
Use your marketing expertise to help make the company more successful.
Keep the company website updated.
Keep the Sales Departments section of the website updated and current. This includes updating all pictures and details of new and used equipment daily.
Keep the Parts Department section of the website updated and current by working with the Parts Manager.
Keep the Service Department section of the website updated and current by working with the Service Manager.
Keep up to date with all social media trends and utilizing them as necessary.
Create all print and radio ads in a timely manner.
Create an annual advertising and marketing plan.
Create an annual Special Event planner and guide.
Submit all co-op advertising claims to all manufacturers in a timely manner.
Help with ordering of machines and attachments as necessary.
Have a good working knowledge of the company s new, used and attachment inventory.
Assist in locating new and used machines for the sales department.
Maintain and monitor showroom to make sure advertisements, promotions, dates and events are current.
Order and stock all sales literature.
Attend Dealership or community functions that will benefit the Dealership and build a rapport with the customers.
Plan and organize equipment displays at trade shows and fairs.
Promote the Dealership s Service and Parts Department.
Service customers politely, effectively and with a smile.
Dress professionally.
Work Saturdays on a routine basis
Other Duties
Other duties as assigned, such as, but not limited to, other managerial and staff duties during absences of staff.
