Membership Development Representatives at FNA work from a home office, so where you live is not a barrier to employment. We work with a wide range of professional skills and can accommodate how you go to the market.
Your responsibilities will be to:
contact prospects within assigned area
develop leads from company initiatives
deliver presentations to contacts
convert presentations into sales
You have:
the ability to work independently
home office capability (must have your own land-line, PC computer, printer, scanner, and/or access to a fax)
Full understanding and experience using Microsoft office, Outlook, basic data entry, and internet use.
an agricultural background (preferably in the grain industry, other areas also considered an asset)
experience in selling intangibles is a bonus
the skills required to do lead generation and cold calling
Excellent time management with minimal supervision
Successful candidates will understand the need for a deep commitment to farmers, growing their opportunity as a direct result of growing opportunities for farmers.
Salary and commission rates will be based on your relevant experience, and full health benefits are offered to full-time employees after successful completion of a 3 month probationary period. Minimum performance metrics must be reached in the first 6 weeks. Benefits include full dental, health care, and disability/life insurance. We provide all the software, training and support, so all you need is your positive attitude and results-driven effort.
