What you will do:
A first point of contact for customer calls
Entering data and maintaining client information
Providing customer service to walk-in customers
Selling a variety of parts including calculating shipping costs
Preparing parts for shipments
Interact professionally with other departments
Ensure that workspace is clean and professional at all times
Maintain all safety protocol and policy as laid out in the policy book
Other duties as required.
What you will need:
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively with others, prioritize and multi-task
Punctual and dependable
Positive and outgoing attitude
Must be able to work in Canada
Must have transportation to and from work
Capacity for working independently
Compensation
We offer quarterly dividends based on sales and benefit plan starting at 3 months. Compensation is linked to experience and skill set.
A Benefits Plan is offered after three months of employment
