AgroSpray Limited is an independent crop protection and supply company, servicing the Ontario farm market for over 50 years. Focused on Responsible Nutrient Management, we provide solutions to maximize crop potential with a full range of Liquid Fertilizers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our sales team, as a Sales Account Manager,. This position will be based in Southwestern, and/or Central Ontario. You will be responsible to develop, grow and maintain a customer base through the sale of liquid fertilizers and other crop protection products.
A strong agronomic background is required, as well as solid understanding of crop nutrition. A successful history with direct sales and marketing of Agricultural products is required. You must be detail orientated with excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently. Experience with liquid fertilizer is a definite asset. CCA or desire to obtain also an asset. Territory may be adjusted to accommodate to the right candidate’s home location, with limited overnight travel required.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for market development in designated territory
Direct contact with clients to promote products, establish sales and build market share
Exemplify company values and product benefits to growers and producers
Develop and execute marketing and sales plans
