Rosendale Farms and Waterloo Crop Service operate a local, independent agribusiness serving grain producers throughout parts of Waterloo, Wellington and Perth counties. Our involvement in all aspects of the grain and crop inputs business, combined with our solid reputation built on integrity and quality to provide great customer service is our strength. Currently, we have a full-time position open for the Operations Manager position.

Overview - this position includes responsibilities associated with the grain elevator, warehouse and trucking operations. Duties include: working with staff helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment; Helping to maintain equipment; Grain grading; Co-ordinate shipping and receiving of grain and fertilizer; communicating with customers to provide timely delivery of products and services; maintain good customer relations.

Qualifications - previous experience in feed, fertilizer or grain handling is an asset. Also, experience in dispatching and good customer service is helpful as well. Excellent communication skills and being a team player is essential.

Other information - this job requires working in a dusty environment sometimes as well as working at heights. Training and protective equipment will be supplied to ensure a safe work environment.
