JFAO is looking for a driven individual to fill the position of Office administrator. JFAO (Junior Farmers’ Association of Ontario) is a legacy volunteer organization with over 75 years of experience of rural leadership in Ontario. If you have an eye for detail and organization and love giving back into rural Ontario this job may be for you.
This job is a part time office administration job with the flexibility to make your own schedule work with this job with flexibility for work at both home and the office. Some of the Job duties include
Day to day office activities: i.e. answering phone calls, emails and mail
Administrative support for both the operational executive, and the general board, and any standing committees
Attending and recording Board and executive meeting minutes as required
General liaison between the office and the public, membership and alumni association
