Product Support Manager - Essex Location
We are looking for an Experienced Manager that understands the parts and service business for our new location in Essex. This person must understand all aspects of the business; understand the ag, turf, industrial and construction customer, while wanting to excel in a TEAM environment. Successful management of service technicians is a key success measurement. Understanding parts inventory management is also important. Satisfied customers is a must.
Job Responsibilities
Promoting the sale of service to existing customers and identifying potential customers in a defined territory
Managing the after sale relationship with the customers, internal and external
Maintains current knowledge on product features and benefits
Assessing customer’s needs and resources and recommending the appropriate service solution
Preparing and administering service documents by following a defined process
Consulting with customers after sale to provide ongoing support
Manage the day to day operation of a service department
Manage the day to day operation of a parts department
Ensure parts and service staff are trained and supported
Maintaining customer profiles and information in assigned area for sales management
