What you need:

• The ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure.
• The ability to multi task in an ever changing environment and adjust production on an ongoing basis to meet the needs of our customers.
• Must be versatile with duties � willing to drive a truck, bag fertilizer, clean warehouses, and other duties as necessary.
• Agricultural experience is an asset.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• A strong commitment to health and safety.

What you will do:

• Must be willing to work extended hours � including weekends during the spring and early summer months.
• Must have mechanical aptitude with the ability to fix, service, and operate machinery.
• Ensures equipment and facilities are clean, safe and properly maintained.
• Has the ability to effectively lead a team of diverse employees with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Has the ability to facilitate training.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and products.
• Must have a valid DZ/AZ license or willing to acquire.
• Has the ability to perform physical tasks that require climbing, lifting, pushing and pulling from varying heights in all climates and environmental conditions.
