Our client is a very successful Dairy Equipment and Grain Bin company. They are expanding and need a Project Manager/Site Foreman/Service Manager to oversee the installations of Dairy Equipment or Grain Bins from start to the finish. They are looking for a take charge person that will run a project like it was their own.
What you Need:
The understanding on how milking systems work
Agricultural project management, site foreman and service management experience
The ability to read and understand complicated layout diagrams
The ability to understand and comply with CQM
The ability to meet deadlines
The ability to see the big picture and to make sure all parts, attachments, components and structures are on the job site
Competent in technical problem solving, communications, coaching, mentoring, forecasting schedules and processes, order management and performance reporting
The ability to be diverse, multitask, experience in the milking equipment industry and be self motivated.
What you will do:
Oversee the project from beginning to end and to make sure it gets done on time and on budget
Be a hands on foreman that will help where ever you are needed
Organize and implement scheduled service programs
Train staff on milking equipment maintenance
Keep the team busy and motivated so the project is completed accurately
Be hands on to do service calls, repairs and maintenance as necessary
Get to know the customer so to anticipate their needs if roadblocks arise
Run the business like it was your own
