Be part of a company where you will:
Design, implement, and proactively lead the QA Program for all business units
Work collaboratively with logistics, origination and merchant teams to ensure excellent customer service;
Lead and train staff in meeting the QA commitments;
Lead, design, and implement documentation systems to maintain company certifications;
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and requirements;
Set process and specifications for all inbound and outbound product.
Consider our team if you have:
A degree or diploma in business, quality assurance or equivalent experience;
Minimum four years’ experience in a related field;
Experience leading a team and implementing change;
HACCP certification, preferred;
Exceptional problem solving, interpersonal, time management and attention to detail;
Basic understanding of logistics, local geography and scheduling, considered an asset; and
Flexibility to work out of Mitchell, Lucknow or Palmerston.
