Partner Ag Services provides equipment solutions, supplies and services to livestock farmers in southern Ontario. Our team consists of more than 25 people serving a wide trade area. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team for all our capital and aftermarket product lines.
Responsibilities
Consultant with customers regularly to assist in finding solutions to their needs
Work with Management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Report sales to project coordinator in order to plan out workload for the entire team
Work with Management team to devise and implement innovative to-market strategies
Track leads, quotes and confirmed sales of each sales rep, report back to management team
Mentor the sales team and build relationships with sales consultants in order to help them achieve their goals
Identify sales or product training opportunities and offer to sales consultants as needed
Work with Sales Consultants to ensure accurate quoting and product offerings
Qualifications
Experience in the dairy industry, preferably in a consultant role
Excellent organization skills with a comfort in creating and presenting marketing and sales strategies
Be a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to bring the best possible solution to customers
Proven track record of maintaining relationship with suppliers, customer and fellow employees
The ability to provide guidance to sales consultants for the purpose of growing their skills within the agriculture industry
