Establish and meet sales goals to expand sales opportunities;
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships;
Create and develop Snobelen Farms marketing brand;
Develop and maintain an online presence including website and social media;
Work collaboratively with the team to develop and maintain promotional material to support sales;
Conduct regular forecasting reports;
Develop and maintain seed distribution network;
Provide product training to sales staff and customers.
Consider our team if you have:
A degree or diploma in business, agriculture, marketing or equivalent experience;
Minimum five years’ experience in a related field;
Valid Ontario Drivers’ license;
Experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment;
Exceptional problem solving, interpersonal, time management and attention to detail;
The ability to travel to develop and maintain customer relationships;
The ability to work from your home office.
