We are looking for a Service Advisor for our fast paced Agricultural Equipment Dealership. Key responsibilities include but not limited to :
Schedule the equipment for repair in a timely manner with External and Internal customers.
Propose possible solutions to determine a repair. Determine if equipment will be brought in, schedule a service call or pick up delivery. Prepare quotes and estimates of work to be done. Parts look up for technician support. Keep an organized work environment for the Service Technicians. Build schedules, communications between customers, parts department, and service technicians. Greeting Customers in a professional manner either by phone or in person, to determine the needs of the equipment. Follow up with clients . The candidate will be the contact between the customer and the service technicians. Ability to manage people. Also a liaison between Sales, Parts and Service Departments.
Ability to use multiple vendor software portals and parts look up diagrams. Complete invoicing using the Business System. Assistant in efficient parts ordering, registrations, and warranty. Knowledge of GPS, autosteer and guidance would be an asset.
Agricultural Equipment knowledge is mandatory. Excellent Communication skills, Time Management, and Organizational skills are key. Customer service is a must when dealing with customers both external and internal. Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
