Sod Farm Manager (ID: 1633)

-Seeking a highly motivated individual to manage one of Manitoba's largest mineral sod farms, 1/2 hour north of Winnipeg.

-Must have agronomy experience/training in production of field or horticulture crops

-Experience in turfgrass production  an asset, but willing to train

-Duties include operation of Trebro Sod Harvester, organizing harvest, mowing, fertilizing, seeding and irrigation schedules

-Must be willing and able to work in a team setting

-Must have strong communication skills to work with staff and customers

- Willingness to pursue continuing education
