Swine Farm Manager (ID: 1785)

Seeking Motivated Individual to work and manage an modern Early Wean Sow Unit located near Rostock Ontario.

North of Stratford and south of Milverton Ontario

Successful Applicant must have

A Team Leader and be able to motivate others in a positive environment
Be able to achieve weekly targets and be able to trouble shoot day to day issues
Be able to schedule staff foe week day work and weekend shifts

• Valid Drivers licenses
• Desire to work with livestock and care for sow and piglets
• Understand bio-security and follow procedures
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Be able to take instructions and follow through
• Be able to communicate with others in spoken and written skills.
• Experience required for this position and additional training will be considered to the right individual .

We have a position for a assistant manger with similar qualities as to the Farm Manger position
