Our Client is a leader in the supply of crop protection products for agricultural, horticultural and other crop markets in Canada. They specialize in the development, registration, and marketing of crop protection and nutritional products for various markets in Canada including field crops, potatoes, fruit, turf, ornamentals, vegetation management, and other specialty markets. At this time they are in need of a Technical Sales Represenative for their Edmonton, Alberta location.

What you will do:

• Provide a credible source of information to growers, sales representatives and the distribution channel.
• Develop and execute marketing plans working with suppliers, and with the sales force to convey technical information and create demand for the company s product line of nutrition products.
• Assist the Sales Reps with identifying solutions to nutritional problem areas in the field.

• A strong background in plant nutrition, either from working in a technical role or sales role in this industry.
• A minimum requirement of 5 years in agricultural sales is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with our clients.
