They are locally owned and operated, serving Southern Ontario. We are recruiting for a Territory Sales Consultant who has a passion for achieving productive results.

What you will do:
Provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
Provide recommendations and solutions to meet customers needs
Display or demonstrate products, services, effective agronomic, economic and environmental solutions on a case by case basis.
Arrange and attends information meetings for producers.
As required, give presentations to producers that show the benefits of implementing recommended services.
Prepare and submit reports of business transactions, customer profiles, farm calls and competitive activity on a weekly basis. As well, submit a preceding plan sheet for the next week.
Keeps informed of new technology developments as they pertain to farming practices to increase the profitability of each farming operation.
Attends training and product knowledge meetings as may periodically be required.
Maintain social media platforms (website & twitter)
Assist in preparing materials for Meetings, Events and Farm Shows
Understanding and supporting overall branch operation, administrative functions, as well as the branch and individual sales targets.
What you will need:
Agriculture experience (on a family farm is an asset)
Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred in Business, Farm Management, Agronomy or a related field or combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilitation of meetings, case coordination or comparable role
Proficient in Microsoft Office including: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience and comfort in public speaking an asset
2 years’ experience as a professional relationship builder
