Our Client, Canada's leading custom miller of organic and natural grains is currently opening a new facility in the Brantford area. Currently we are accepting applications for a Head Miller to oversee operations. Please apply to Agristaffing.com below and not our client.

What you will do:

• Supervise the milling operation of a brand new Dry Corn Milling plant as the company goes online and ramps up production
• Work with management team to develop dry corn milled product specifications for Corn Grits, Meals, Cones and Flours for different customers
• Develop typical product specifications used by Brewers, Bakeries, Cereal Manufacturers, Snack Manufacturers etc
• Work with management team to evaluate various corn samples from different suppliers, and identify best corn sources for various production requirements
• Produce comprehensive samples of various specs to be provided to potential customers * Supervise, Fine-tune and trouble-shoot mill operation
• Train company s milling employees

What you will need:

Minimum 3 years experience in Dry Corn Milling for Food

Mechanical expertise/experience with Corn/Flour Mills

Minimum 5 years experience in Food Processing

Experience with Organic, non-GMO, Gluten Free is an asset

Bachelors degree in related subject (preferred not required)
