I am a third year Biological Engineering student at the University of Guelph with an emphasis in Food Engineering. I am seeking a summer position where I can gain practical experience in agriculture, food processing, bioprocessing, or engineering-related work. I am particularly interested in roles involving agricultural operations, plant or crop production, food manufacturing, biological systems, or process engineering.
Through my previous work as a Weed Science Research Assistant with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, I gained experience working in agricultural research environments, applying treatments, collecting field data, and analyzing experimental results. I have also worked in public works where I developed strong teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills while performing outdoor infrastructure and maintenance tasks.
I am a reliable and motivated worker who enjoys hands-on work, learning new technical skills, and contributing to team environments. I am eager to gain experience that relates to agricultural systems, food production, and biological engineering applications.
