Our client has an opportunity for an Office Administrator who will handle the day to day operations of a busy agricultural equipment office. This is an exciting position offering a variety of responsibilities.
Skills/Qualifications:
Background in agriculture is required especially with farm equipment.
Post secondary education.
Time management skills.
Some accounting knowledge.
Computer proficient
Experience organizing events and training sessions.
Social media understanding and ability to set up various platforms to enhance sales.
Creativity and team player.
Bilingual French and English would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
Manage information within a software program.
Electronic order management - parts and equipment
Data entry as required.
Co-ordinate events and training.
Ensuring marketing materials are available and translated prior to deadlines.
Update the website. ( Approximately 10 hours a month)
Accounts payable and receivable involvement as needed.
Warranty systems
All other duties required to ensure an efficient office.
