Feed Mill Manager - Filled

Our Client is a local provider of innovative feed specialties, premixes and nutritional services for the animal nutrition industry. They are currently accepting applications for a Feed Mill Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure feed is manufactured as to specification of orders in a timely manner.
• Follow all regulations as required to ensure a quality product.
• Lead and supervise 5 to 10 employees.
• Customer satisfaction .
• All other duties as required of a successful Plant Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous experience within the agriculture industry, feed industry experience is an asset.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency
• Previous supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license.
